Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and delivery costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may cancel your order any time after placing your order. If your furniture has not been picked up from the warehouse, you may cancel it for a full refund. If you cancel it after the items have been shipped out, you must send it back at your expense, and we will refund you the purchase price minus shipping and delivery costs.
If any items arrive damaged, a damage claim must be filed within 14 days of receipt. Please send clear images reflecting the damage to email@example.com and reference the invoice or P.O. number from the order. If further photos or details are required to process your claim, we ask that you fulfill this request promptly. Once we have all necessary information we will let you know the status of your claim.
If we decide to pick up the damaged item, we will send a courier for pick up. Please ensure the item is packed in original packaging and ready for pick up.
If you decide to return a damaged item for a refund instead of a replacement, then we will refund your purchase price minus any shipping and delivery costs.
We ship within the Continental USA & Canada. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most items have free shipping but some larger items may have shipping charges. You will be advised of any charges during checkout.
